Set up a token store for your server, add the rewards you want to offer, and let members buy tokens when they are ready. When they redeem, your staff handle the reward through a Discord ticket.
Onboarding starts inside Discord. Run /start, set your country with /setcountry, connect Stripe through /linkstripe, and use /startwebsite when you are ready to launch. After that, your server has its own token store ready for purchases.
Use the dashboard to build your reward list. Log in with Discord, go to Products, and create custom rewards with images, descriptions, token prices, and stock limits. The more valuable the rewards feel, the more reason members have to buy tokens.
Checkout is handled through Stripe. When a member buys tokens, the payment is processed through your individual Stripe account, not manually through Discord. Once the purchase is accepted, DiscPay credits the tokens to that member’s balance for your server.
Redemption happens inside Discord. A member uses /rewards, chooses what they want, and a ticket opens for your staff. From there, staff can support the customer, deliver the reward, and mark the ticket complete.
Use the dashboard to control your token store outside Discord. Manage products, images, token costs, stock, balances, staff access, transaction records, and server settings without turning your Discord channels into an admin panel.
