Buyers
If you bought tokens or opened a redeem ticket, contact the server first when the issue is about a reward. For DiscPay payment or balance issues, email support with your Discord account, the server you bought from, and any payment reference you have.
Owners
If setup, your token store, dashboard access, products, staff permissions, balances, or commands are not behaving as expected, email support with your Discord server ID and a short description of what happened.
Payments
For checkout or token-crediting problems, include the payment reference, Discord user ID, server name or server ID, and what the buyer expected to happen after checkout. This makes it easier to trace the payment and balance state.
Rewards
Rewards are created and fulfilled by the server owner or authorised staff. DiscPay provides the token and redemption system, but the server controls what it offers, how it delivers rewards, and how it handles customer service.
Reports
For abuse, suspicious stores, security concerns, or anything that looks unsafe, email support with as much detail as possible. Include screenshots, server details, account details, and links only when they help explain the issue.
